Whole Wheat Banana Bread

My go to, ever lasting, favorite Banana Bread. I love using whole wheat flour here, as it imparts a more complex, nutty and subtly sweet flavor. Maple syrup offers a deeply caramel, natural sweetness in this moist bread that is still good days after baking!

Roasted Pumpkin & Jammy Shallots

A perfect fall side to brighten up any spread. Delicious paired with roasted chicken or pork, or keep it veggie, with a radicchio and couscous salad. The possibilities are endless with a perfect side dish. Just remember, color is flavour!

Delicious 5 Veg Lasagna

A reliable crowd pleaser, this vegetarian lasagna uses the 5 veg and a show stopping crispy-cheese top to satisfy the eye and belly. Caramelised red onion, sautéed peppers, browned mushrooms, fresh spinach and zucchini. Be ready to fight for the leftovers!

Chocolate Chip Rye Cookies

Appropriately named the “Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies” on NYT Cooking, this recipe is lightly adapted from pastry chef Ravneet Gill’s original. The addition of rye provides a slightly nutty, malty flavor, that complements and boots the chocolate.

Perfect Apple Galettes

A staple in the recipe repertoire. Once you have the flaky pastry down, feel free to swap out for different fruits - pears, plums, blackberry & apple - the possibilities are endless. Leave the filling as is, or drizzle with some dulce de leche caramel sauce as pictured above, delicious!
